The Eco Green Village is the answer to an identity need. The traditional Village in this specific italian countryside, is based on simple and regular volumes. Their shapes indicate a specific use, in a system of distances and relations. The Eco Green Village catches the same spatial concept of volumetric system, where each building stands for a different residential typology. Further, the social model created, is based on the maintenance of personal identity in a wider complexity of opportunities and relationships. Mild Home is the answer to a social, green and economic sustainability. The easy construction system is expressed in a symbolic volume. In this italian countryside, the “porta morta” building is a tradition: Mild Home keeps the same idea of crossing building. This architecture reflects, once more, an urban attitude to create visual and physical relationships between the building itself and the sorroundings.
La richiesta della Committenza consiste nell’avere 3 alloggi che in verità sono percepiti come tre ville autonome: essi hanno ingresso indipendente, due di essi hanno il giardino privato e il terzo alloggio è completato con attico e ascensore interno. La combinazione geometrica ad incastro risponde alle richieste: i vincoli posti sono stati gli elementi di ispirazione in quanto anche le facciate mostrano il particolare gioco di incastri dei tre appartamenti. Gli alloggi si identificano anche con tre diversi usi del materiale esterno di rivestimento, intonaco di diverso colore o ceramica per pareti ventilate. La forma esprime forza ponendo il corpo più alto sul fronte principale, la sua posizione sottolinea l’importanza dell’inserimento urbano, dove il fronte strada richiede senso unitario e forte identità.
